Kujibiki Unbalance anime synopsis / summary:

  A retelling of the Kujibiki Unbalance that first appeared as a fictional anime within the manga/anime Genshiken.  Some characters have been redesigned, but the plot remains mostly intact.  Chihiro Enomoto and childhood friend Tokino Akiyama draw the lots from the school lottery to be next year’s president and vice-prez, respectively.  They are joined by Renko Kamishakujii, secretary, and Komaki Asagiri, treasurer.  But before they can succeed the current Student Council, they are tested through a series of difficult tasks.  All the while, they are watched on by the cold Ritsuko Kübel Kettenkrad, who is connected to Chihiro through their past.
